Well, contrary to my resolutions from last week, I did decide to weigh myself today. See...I'm on WW. I HAVE to weigh myself in case I need to adjust my points downward. Totally forgot about that aspect of it. Anyway, I'm at 283, now. Back where I was the week before last. I do believe I'm on a plateau--which I should have seen coming because they always do--and I'm hopeful I'll move off of it next week.
Thinking of my Uncle Pat and my Irish nanny today, on St. Patrick's Day. I always used to send my uncle a card to mark "his" day. They've both crossed over now, but I know they're still with me. Still, it's nice to have a reason to think fondly of lost loved ones. :o)
Hiren is off to New York for a few days. In honor of St. Patrick's Day, he is proudly wearing the Guinness rugby shirt we picked up at the Guinness factory in Dublin two years ago. Jeez. Has it been that long since our trip? I must leave the country soon!

From Lulu...
I love your daily pictures!
The quote of the day -
The pursuit of truth and beauty is a sphere of activity in which we are permitted to remain children all our lives. -Albert Einstein
I agree with Lulu..your pictures are so pretty.
And I am glad your mouse is outta yo' house!
I can see you really picking up momentum in many ways. Good work!
Plateaus can be so hard and bring you down. Keep up the positive attitude and you'll be back down in no time.
Do you mix up the points at all? I read somewhere that if you go high one day and then low the next it may help somewhat.
